Three days in a row biking to the gym. High volume low weight squats. Elliptical machine. Leg press. All adds up to muscle soreness in the small supporting and connecting muscles around the knees. Fine with me - get those strong, reduce the chance of injury later, I figure.

I haven't been super about diet this week, but I have been converted to the "eat every three hours" camp. It just keeps hunger down to a manageable level.
